  They've remodeled since we're last eat here. For a pizza place that been there for at least 30+ years, the location is great! The buffet was always stocked. The serive was great. Love coming here

  This is our favorite place to eat in Mesquite. We typically come in every Thursday so that I can have a night off from cooking. The service is always amazing, very little turn over in staff and the food is always fresh! Out of anywhere we could choose to eat and spend money in Mesquite, this is our number one spot and it is because of not only the quality but also because the owner and his staff always go out of their way to make us feel welcomed and not just like we are a transaction. The Cunningham’s are very grateful for your consistency and excellent service.

  On this particular day I came in for lunch. It has been quite some time that I have visited a Pizza Inn establishment. The doors open at 11:00 for lunch. Upon entering I didn't notice any pricing to let me know what the cost will be. The person behind the register ask if I was going to be doing the buffet for lunch and I said yes. She gave my total (16.01) which apparently comes with a drink weather you want one or not. I say that because I didn't want a drink, and the person in front of me got a drink with the same total. The only thing available at the time of opening was just the salad bar, no pizza. They were in the process of making pizzas for the lunch crowd. I waited for about 15 minutes till they bought some pizzas out. Not much of a selection of pizzas. The pizza was alright and the dessert was alright. Needless to say, it will be awhile before visiting again.

  This Pizza Inn is a great place to go as the food is great! We enjoyed the lunch buffet and also enjoyed the excellent customer service AND newly remodeled interior! It is so nice that the owner and the staff take great pride in what they do. The place is exceptionally clean and the food is very good and very fresh. The buffet is constantly tended to, keeping it clean and keeping the foods fresh. The servers are very attentive and ensure that you have what you need! Give it a go, you won't be disappointed! 🤗

  I’ve been coming to Pizza Inn for years and was used to having a good experience with decent food and a sense of nostalgia that took me straight back to the 80s. That part used to be the charm. Unfortunately, since the remodel, everything else has gone downhill. The service during this visit was horrible. The buffet line was not kept up at all—food was constantly empty, and several customers were left standing around waiting and watching the line instead of eating. It was frustrating and poorly managed. This was by far the most awful experience I’ve had here, which is really disappointing given how long I’ve been a customer. To make matters worse, while I was in the restaurant, multiple customers asked for full refunds due to the poor service and lack of food, and the manager refused to give their money back. I won’t be returning, which is sad to say after so many years of coming here. The nostalgia alone isn’t enough to make up for the decline in service and overall experience.
