  OMG this location is top notch! AJ was our server and she was on top of it the entire time. She made sure everything we wanted was being served and would let us know how long before it came out. The Buffett was clean, hot and fresh and no stale pizza out. I have never seen Buffett staff be so unbelievably accommodating…AJ thanks for taking care of us and thank you to the kitchen staff for hustling to feed all of us…

  We went in with a group of 18 and they provided excellent service. Tiauna was our waitress and she was great about keeping our drinks filled and clearing the tables. She kept calm and always checked on our big group. There was always fresh pizza and it kept coming out the whole time we were there. We were celebrating a birthday and she went above and beyond so that we had a great time.

  Hadn’t been here in a while so the price has gone up and 14.99 is crazy like just buy a pizza to take home at this point didn’t even give my mom a senior discount for three people was like $50 and they ask for a tip like I haven’t even sat down to know if the service is good I’ll never go back here just outrageous it was nice when it was affordable lunch spot that pizza not all that for that price lol most of it be so cold

  I went to eat here this past Sunday I made it at 2:11pm and I was greeted letting the manager know I was referred to them. So upon paying 57 dollars for 2 kids and 2 adults buffets we had a server none of the sitting was clean the food was hot however nothing was really an option other than eating salad and then a few pieces of the cheese bread so I asked the young lady at the bar can I put in a pizza request she stated that goes to your server.. well the server was too busy cleaning the areas and seating other people as well as disappear to the bathroom so after waiting about 30 mins at the point hadn't been asked if we wanted a refill on any drinks I stopped the server and asvisws can i put in a order for pizza she took her not pad and wrote it down thick crust bvon and Italian sausage okay 30 more mins pass at this points it's 3:15 we barely ate and looking for our pizza the people that had been seated by the other server done got 2 pizzas by now so she finally came from the back by the way she has pink hair with ponytails .... I asked when is our pizza coming she goes let me go check didn't come back but 10 mins later she starts wipping tables down I stopped her asked about my pizza she goes what did you have like what do you mean at the point it's 3:47 pm she says ask the manager about the pizza I asked if we can take it because I have other things to do ...get to the window ask where's pizza they are all confused in the kitchen so manger comes and tells me it's $1 and some6a slice to take home but the kicker is the pizza wasn't in the oven or being made but I have to pay again when we really didn't eat anything Pizza inn needs to hire better servers who care and mangers this could have been a simple fix and I took my tip back it was never deserved ?!!!!!

  I've been a loyal customer for over forty years at this location. I had this bad experience after returning to this location after many years. And to my surprise they still delivered their pizzas. I wasn't told I would be charged a delivery fee from PI and also I was expected to tip the delivery man. So ok, I tipped him $5.00 cash. That made my pizza $30 for a large thin crust 2 topping special for $12.99 I opened my pizza box, grabbed a slice and it fell into my lap while the others are eating it also drops but straight to the floor. Called PI to tell my story they said you can get a credit for next time! I said Ok, great. Now a week later I'm calling more times than I can count. No response, excuse after excuse no delivery person today the manager will be in at 5 he'll call you back to now saying theres a new owner and he'll call you back, now we're in week 2. Well that phone call never came. $30 for a $14.99 pizza I didn't even get to eat. Pictures attached: greasy nasty thin as paper when it was extra crispy please!
