    Run away. Dirty, bugs and rude staff. I visited this location a week ago and asked for a refund before eating any food, as the place was dirty and there were bugs close to the buffet area. The owner said he refunded my money, but I still have yet to receive it. He proceeded to tell me I was demanding as I asked for a refund then threatened to call the police if I didnt leave. The manager was rude from the get go and offended I asked for my money back. Terrible place dirty and extremely rude staff and owner. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

    Well definitely have to come back, I usually go to the Pizza Inn located in North Richland Hills but ended up workin in this area so tried this location, I appreciate the great customer service, variety of pizza, dessert is way better as well as the marinera meat sauce and alfredo sauce options for the spaghetti..

    Ordered pizza spent 51 dollars only for the pizza to not be delivered. Call up there and who ever answered the phone around 1:45 pm 10/30 was extremely unpleasant. Told us that there was confusion with door dash cause our pizza showed that it was delivered. Here we are 2 hrs later and still no pizza , no refund and just poor customer service skills all around. Who ever is in charge needs to train the employees on how to talk to customers . Because it's not our fault there was a confusion on the delivery it's your's.

    This place is very noisy!! They need better hot lamps over the pizza to keep it warm. The salad mix on the buffet line was horrible. It’s not even lettuce you’d enjoy on a salad. It wasn’t Romaine or iceberg lettuce. I was very disappointed.
