She lied and said I asked for it to be carry out when I don't have a ride to get it so she made that part up! Then tried to say that store doesnt deliver to my address when they are less then 1 mile away from me! she had to come up with something to fix her mistake! Shes so unprofessional and she shouldn't have the position of GM !!

Pizza is always done to spec and the friendly staff are quick, polite, and always have a smile. Especially today given their system was down, service was prompt, and the team was not frazzled. - RRRubenNov 3, 20251.0I ordered pizza from this location last week and although my order was completed at a reasonable time and the staff was kind when I picked up my order, the quality of the food was below average, and not worth the price that I paid for it. The dough was like cardboard, and the pepperoni didn't even seem to be cooked all the way. I rarely order pizza so to have that food experience was very disappointing. Since this was on my lunch break I was unable to go back for a refund. I also realize I should have opened the box to check the quality of the food prior to leaving the store. That one is on me. For the food quality I give this a 1 star.
