  Never have much of an issue here. I enjoy the food and service each time I have them for lunch. If you have one close make sure to get the sip club! Fantastic deal!

  This panera is amazing , I came in yesterday for a dine in order and the worker Jeremiah greeted me with pleasure helped me carry out my plates, he also was very friendly and always had a smile while speaking to me . His service brightened my day and also the food was amazing !! Will definitely be coming back here !!

  I paid for extra meat on my sandwich and didn’t get it this is the third time I’ve have problems with this location one time I ordered a chicken bacon avocado sandwich and it had no bacon or avocado just a tiny bit of chicken and a lot of lettuce another time instead of putting chips in my bag they put a random piece of bread in their I tried to call them 3 times to speak with a manager and nobody answered the phone also the lady working the drive through today around 2:30 is always unpleasant I’ll never be back to this location I’ll just have to drive all the way to the Rockwall location next time I want Panera Bread

  They always have what I need and very helpful with the right selection as well! I always try something new when I come to change up my order some, there's plenty of health options on the menu for everyone interested!

  this location has consistantly ranked as "The Worst Panera" we have ever been in, and we travel the entire United States. Management and employees ignore days old dirt and food on the carpet, sticky floors, old and empty Coffee Pots and unstocked needed condiments. They are almost always understaffed, and generally there is not even anyone at the front Counter. I would go as far as to say it is, and has been for years "as if" the interior of the store doesn't exist to Management, and "only" the drive thru is served. We only ever drink coffee here, and NEVER eat here in consideration of the dirty and ignored inside of the store. We're told that PANERA will not allow them to vacume the interior of the store during business hours as a general policy because they don't want to disturb the customers. Do you think the Customers would prefer to eat in filth??? Also, Panera has Managers walk inside and out taking pictures, to send to Corporate I guess... What a Joke, how do they do this and just walk past the dirt and uncleaned tables, and empty Coffee and condiments. I guess they send the pictures they were told to send, ignoring the obvious. We have numerous times in the past complained to the Managers here, and even whom we were told was the District Manager, yet, the dirt and laziness persist at this location. I just can't accept this as any ones fault but Regional UPPER MANAGEMENT, as there are far too many people have complained about this store, and it doesnt get fixed.
