- FRFrank Rowland6 days ago5.0Just left from there I forget the owner and manager name but they were so kind to me being a grump and grouch today I am dealing with personal issues and I sat in the bar and the girl working there did her best but I was not satisfied and the manager and owner bent over backwards to try and accommodate me the owner even comped the meal the food was excellent I felt like such an ass when I left I recommend anyone to go there and enjoy a wonderful meal as well as a wonderful experience with the kind folks who go above and beyond to satisfy each and every customer a very rare thing today indeed so I say take a bow to the whole team of outback in mesquite tx thx

Ordered an appetizer the young man that brought it out shoved it right in front of my husband, not center of the table & got Ranch all over his shirt. Our waitress did not refill our drinks we ended up sharing a water. The people behind us was having an issue getting what they needed, another waitress was helping them & asked if we needed anything I told her yes, & she stated that they were stretched thin because they had a group of 50 come in & that's the best they could do! My steak was not cooked correctly, but nobody came back for me to tell! Never got a refill or asked if my husband needed another beer!!
