Restaurant was clean and not overly crowded. The service was spot on.. no problems there. McRib and fries 🍟 were HOT and FRESH. Can’t beat that with a stick. 👍

When I got to work about 3 blocks I picked up my cup and it was barely warm. I did not even have 1/2 cup of coffee in the large cup. Just a lot of melted foam. This is not the 1st time this has happened at a McDonald’s. They were not busy at the time and no reason for it to have happened. It’s a matter of poor customer service and poor job attitude. Very disappointed in what use to be a pretty good company.

I've come countless of times here and my order pickup be sitting in eyes view and employees will just walk past not ask if you need help or anything. This location is real bad with the younger workers too who run their mouth more than work and then when ya ask to be helped they wanna get a attitude.

He then returned the card and threw away the receipt right in front of my face like he was mad at me or something. I pray he has a better day because I have never seen such rudeness from this McDonald's.
