    Was it a drive through for about ten minutes?Went to the drive through, wait another five minutes and I say hello a man asks me.What did you order what you say again?Get to the window, ask me again.Horrible experience

    Morning shift do not have 2 lanes open you're not zgoing to utilize them. The other lane took 3 cars. I say hello 3 cars have went while I am hearing hold on. I said hello you've let 3 cars go. Then can I take your order? No you can't. I have practically beg her to do her job. If she dont need this job. Why did she come to work. Give the job to someone that wants to job and will come ready. This happened at 9:50 am today.

    Don't answer your phone that's fine coming back up there what is the point of buying a Grinch meal with out the socks it's a 13$ dollar meal horrible horrible I hate this location always have its trash so are the managers won't even answer the phone after calling 20+ times crap people that run this location the only reason I went to this location was because the normal location was not taking orders online I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE UPDATE:the gm sent me a nice message and reassured me she will chat with her team and replace my meal thank you for getting back with me ☺️
