  Went in nobody greeted me was just ignored and the girls kept talking and laughing Finally was told she’ll help me in a second the. Ordered my Sandwich then was told I have to wait 15 minutes for bread. How are you a sandwich place with no bread ready ? Was just not professional

  My boyfriend and I went in with free sandwich coupons. I ordered a turkey sandwich. With no mayo. It makes me really sick. We got home, and our bread was hard as a rock, and there was what looks like extra mayo on my sandwich. The two workers weren't even friendly at all. 🤦

  me and my boyfriend went to Jimmy John’s a couple days ago Around 8:35 PM and we took a minute to look over the menu before ordering once we headed over to the counter the cashier was too busy on her phone to attend us she finished sending her message before getting our order in. When we got home and i took a bite of my sandwich it had one singular slice of turkey… mind you the bread at jimmy johns is thick. So i was pretty much eating a loaf of bread with mayonnaise. Definitely would not go back after that first impression was not good at all.

  They have the BEST service! I was out here visiting my family and the one where I live isn’t even half as nice, clean or fresh as the mesquite location. Staff were sweet and quickly attentive!!
