- KRKennesha Renee’Dec 27, 20251.0i made an online order for a grilled cheese with stuff added on it . five minutes before i made it they called & informed me that i had to cancel because they had no cheese . i couldn’t cancel online because i didn’t order doordash . i get there tbey tell me the order was cancelled by customer i’m the customer . i walked out & noticed i got no email or proof that i will get my refund or that the order is cancelled . they didn’t know how to cancel my order or give me a refund & said i had to wait till they can reach the manager . they then laughed about the sandwich in my face because it was either lose $15 or take the bread & vegetables . the fries have so much seasoning on it they can’t be eaten . i don’t recommend this location . they then sent me a email saying my food was ready AFTER lying saying it was cancelled . the food is too expensive for them to be scamming . never heard of a fast food place that couldn’t cancel a order when they’re out of food ! ridiculous !

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
