Get two people out there!! Update: They refunded my drinks and gave me free vouchers, so I tried again. The drinks are still badly watered down—no flavor, just milk and coffee. This location seriously needs better training.

We have sent drinks back and they have said “perhaps add another shot of espresso”. I have gone to other Dutch bro locations in the area and have a drink that tastes the way it’s supposed to taste. This location is very inconsistent. Today I have a half and half with a tiny bit of coffee. It’s infuriating when we are paying for a drink that’s essentially undrinkable and not what you’re expecting.
- NNNECEDec 10, 20251.0After this morning I will be done going to this location. I placed my order and gave a tip. As I was sitting in my car waiting, they erased my order then asked what I ordered. So I waited at the window. A few minutes pass by and then a girl brought over my drink to a table. As I looked at them, they acted as if I was the problem and I said im just waiting for my drink by saying its right there. These kids dont communicate with each other nor are genuinely friendly. I worked as a Barista in a fast pace mom and pop drive thru and there is no way we would ever be keeping our jobs by acting that way. Just over the childish attitudes and mindless behavior. Look for personality and driven ambition!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
