  Me and my wife paid a visit chipotle.at the towneast location.And we've noticed quickly the cleanness of the restaurant also, the portions of protein are so skimpy. I don't know if they trying to take it home so they can feed their families, but I won't pay The this mesquite location. A Visit again.

  Food was NOT fresh, the portions of meat were stingy! When asked for fresh steak they said it would take 10 min which is not true, it wasn’t even busy. There were too many dirty dishes visible! The manager didn’t care and offered no solution.

  Last night me and my partner was treated rudely by a “ manager” named hasley ( or something like that) I’ve been a manager of a restaurant going on 7 years and NEVER in my life have I seen a disrespectful, nasty, unprofessional, impolite employee in my life! When I tried to explain to her what happened prior to me coming back for a refund she said “well im not going to go back in forth with you I’ll just give you a refund and you can leave “ I came with my white flag out to diffuse the situation but she made it worse . I understand as a manager you have a million and 1 things going on but they teach us to listen to the customer. I wasn’t rude , using provocative language or trying to start a problem. She Immediately shut me down and cut me off Not only are the chips Stale Her Attitude is as well! Her people skills are trash and I’ll never eat at this town east location again . Thank you for the refund Hasley but maybe you and your management skills should go elsewhere like maybe a Smaller franchise such as taco bueno . When I woke up today I vowed to myself I would continue to RESPECT, RESOLVE, And REFUND my customers if it’s an Issue instead of being like Her RUDE, DISTASTEFUL and not being able to listen. Take her badge and start over because next time the next unhappy customer won’t be as understanding as me .

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at this location today. The employee taking my order initially got it wrong due to a language barrier. I asked for half chicken and half steak, but she did not understand. Another employee stepped in, already with an attitude, and asked what I wanted. As I was explaining my order, she became upset when I asked for green sauce and pico on the side. She raised her voice and said, “I’m asking what do you want in your bowl, not on the side!” I calmly explained that she was about to put the items directly in my bowl, and I preferred them on the side. I also stated that if she did not want to complete my order, someone else could assist me. She then gave me red sauce instead of green sauce. When I corrected her and said I had asked for green sauce, she continued speaking under her breath in Spanish. I asked for her name, and at that point the manager came out from the back yelling, stating that the employee did not have to give me her name and that I needed to leave. I explained that I simply wanted to make a review, but the manager again told me to get out. When I asked for the manager’s name, she said “Hasley” and again told me to leave. At no point was I yelling or being disrespectful. Having my order made incorrectly twice and then being asked to leave for calmly pointing it out was extremely embarrassing, especially in front of a full restaurant. I have never experienced that level of humiliation in a business before. I contacted corporate, and they stated they would look into the matter. I was so uncomfortable that I did not even feel safe going back inside to request a refund, so I had my girlfriend go in for me. No customer should be treated this way. Situations like this reflect very poorly on customer service standards.

  I want to give a huge shoutout to Alex at Chipotle for his kindness and patience. He was incredibly respectful and compassionate with customers, especially my nephew, who is autistic. Alex spoke to him so gently and told him, “It’s okay, take your time,” which meant more to us than he probably realizes. Seeing someone show that level of understanding and care truly made our day. Thank you, Alex, for being such a kind human and creating a welcoming experience for everyone. Chipotle is lucky to have you! 🌯💙
