  Forgot my tortilla and extra chicken on the side. Im glad I didn't order steak cause that would have hurt more. Although I could have checked my bag but the whole point of take out is checking if the order is correct before giving it to the customer.

  I ordered ahead on the app, and when my daughter went to pick it up, they completely ignored her for several minutes. After a long delay, they told her the order was just getting bagged—despite the app saying it was ready. Then for the first time they demanded a confirmation email to prove the order—something they’ve never asked for before even tho she has the order pulled up in the app. We’ve picked up orders here often, and never had been asked for no confirmation email. It was a kids meal for fsake. Matching the app!

  It’s only with this location every single time i come here the portions at this location have been disappointing. I’ve noticed consistent under-serving. I had rewards to use and the older lady up front that was cashiering just looked completely lost. She told me 2 different prices than the ones that were appearing on the checking out screen. Not only did i have rewards that i was redeeming but i was also telling her that she had to cancel it and redo it because it wasn’t going to change in the system once you scan the rewards. How is it that i, a customer, know the system better than she does. At the end of the day none of my rewards went through and i got charged for a WATER CUP. She didn’t even give me the receipt either.

  With the recent winter storm I called when it was clearing up, and I just needed to ask how late they will be open. Very simple. Or it would have been if this company didn't insist on its useless automated calling service that wasted 10 minutes of my time and had to transfer me to customer support and I had to help them find the exact store I needed to finally find out how late they will be open today. This review is not against the staff of this location as I never even got to interact with them, but more of a review of the company as a whole. It is infuriating to have to go through all of these steps and waste my time just to ask a very simple question that should've been a 30 second phone call. Do not reward this automation with your business. Find a local taqueria instead.
