She followed me around the store previously; I complained and was threatened to leave or be quiet she did it again today. It’s uncomfortable to shop here as someone that doesn’t fit their demographic preference. The manager will defend them. I have reached out to the government entities. It’s insane racism is still allowed now a days.

- SXS.X X.SFeb 5, 20261.0The light skin lady with the blonde hair who was working in the deli/meat section around 5:20 on 2/5/26 was extremely rude and had horrible attitude. We asked her for a couple of chicken wings and she was rolling her eyes and making ugly faces the whole time. Her tone of voice was the worst of all, you could definitely tell she was irritated. She kept asking how many pieces do we want, only offering 1 or 2 when we told her we wanted at least three when there was at least 3-4 pieces in the pan. We then went on to tell her we wanted a couple pieces of chicken thighs and she rudely asked “I thought you wanted chicken wings?!” We were nothing but polite throughout this interaction, but her attitude is unacceptable. I couldn’t believe the customer service from this lady considering I come here all the time and have had no issue with any staff here. I’m not sure if she just had a bad day but that is no excuse to take it out on others. I hope that she can grow and do better as a person because as someone who has been in customer service for 5 years since 16, even I know better not to act in such a way, being blatantly rude and ignorant!

She was polite and greeted me with a smile. Needless to say, thanks to her I bought more than planned. Good service is hard to find. Alise you were so helpful and we certainly need more associates like you! Thank you for representing the best of Albertson's. : )
