I would give no stars if that was an option. Do not waste your time or money at this store!! I ordered a Turkey dinner online, fully cooked. I went to the store the night before scheduled pickup to confirm they received my order. The woman working in the deli either really doesn’t like her job or was having a really bad day - either way, not my fault - and her attitude was garbage. She was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Not helpful at all - she rolled her eyes, sighed loudly and made it clear I was a bother to her. Not appreciated at all. I called again the morning of scheduled pickup to confirm my order would be ready for pickup at the scheduled time. I was told yes. I was NEVER told that the FULLY COOKED turkey would be freezing cold and have to be heated for HOURS. I wouldn’t have ordered it!!! I needed to pick it up on my way to a Thanksgiving meal - and I was bringing the Turkey!!! No time to heat it, event ruined, my time and money completely wasted. I attempted to do my grocery shopping there while in the store the night before… don’t waste your time with that either. Half the items on my list (normal grocery items) were not available. Items that were there were expired. What a joke. Worst experience with a grocery store ever. Never thought I had to check reviews for a GROCERY STORE, but apparently I do. Reading the other multiple one star reviews, it’s obvious this store should just close. At least take down the big “Proudly Serving Mesquite” sign on the inside of the store. You don’t have anything to be proud of. Mesquite residents would have to shop at multiple stores to get everything they need, or accept expired food/rotten produce, and your employees are awful. A google review doesn’t seem like enough, assuming most people don’t check reviews first as I didn’t, because how hard is it to sell groceries and hire decent people, so I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know about my experience. And please don’t insult me with a “we’re so sorry about your experience” reply. It’s embarrassing for you that you keep posting those replies but yet the terrible reviews just keep coming. Instead spend your time CORRECTING THE PROBLEMS.

I love to shop at this location and I would like to rate more stars but I have noticed the last couple times I have been there to buy things at deli . the colored female person in there is always in such bad mood. I witnessed today when a Hispanic lady was there to buy some turkey breast she was so ugly to her. Apparently she gets mad cause she have already cleaned the slicer machine. This is not the first time I seen this happened.

In 3 or 4 times that we have bought they are already past the date. They should check that before putting them on the shelves

As I’m picking up a few items I noticed the new price tags but didn’t pay much attention to it. I grab some corn on the cob which was priced at 3.99. In less than 5 minutes I’m at the register and it’s ringing up 5.99. I was taken back because I KNOW what that price showed. I left the register to go back to check for my own sanity and sure enough the price changed to 5.99. That new price tag was digital. From the time I picked it up and got to the register the price jumped. I think that’s extremely inconsiderate considering a lot of people have a limited amount of money. What if I didn’t have enough money? I picked up what I could afford not expecting the price to change mid walk to the register. That was my last time going to Albertsons.

As someone who works in customer service, this employee Yolanda really needs more training or a refresher on how to interact with customers. I don't know if she's been doing it for too long, is burnt out, or was having a rough day. But the way she treated me was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Sighing, huffing, condescending, & smarmy with her comments. All she had to say was let me go check the price or sale. Nope she wants to make a huge deal out of it without offering a solution. Really very ridiculous & embarrassing for Albertsons to employ this type of worker. She seriously needs to be reprimanded not this sweeped under the rug. Train her in customer service please 🙏
