- NNNo Name5 days ago1.0I came for a refund, but I needed to get some deli meat for my sliders. I approached the counter and wow is all that I can say. The young lady working today was not friendly. No smile, horrible interaction, and she couldn’t suggest any meat for me to try. I wanted three different types of turkey. I got one the but I ended up putting it back. I’m never coming here again. The crazy thing is I’ve worked for Tom Thumb and Albertsons. I know this is unacceptable. They are BIG on service. I decided to drive to the new Tom Thumb in mesquite. Out of the way but the service is amazing. 1/7/2026 Happy new year, sigh!

If the promo is over then why are the tags still all over the store? Why not give the customer the promo since the store never took the tags down? Very unfair and frustrating for us customers.
