  Dutch bros is always giving good vibes. Just wish they would get the employee better equipment like a working dolly and rain coats. Those cube things are just ridiculous to order with. It's also painful to watch them carry out crates without a dolly. Management should take care of these kids.

  Mobile ordering sucks. Had to wait more than 20 minutes to get the drink I ordered and other people who got there after me had received theirs before I asked the employee about my drink again and he just pulled it out the fridge.

  I LOVE Dutch Bros!! I just started drinking it and will continue to stop by for my morning drink before work especially at this location because Jocelyn ALWAYS approaches to take my order with a smiling face and that already just makes my morning even better!! Thank you guys for all your hard work 😊

  My last 4 drink orders were made incorrectly and it is frustrating to spend $ when you can’t even enjoy your drink. I even have then read it back and it is correct when they read me the order but who ever is making the drinks is not making them correctly. One order had cold foam when I did not ask for it, could not enjoy my drink. One drink had mocha instead of white mocha…one drink had whipped cream when I did not ask for it. Could not enjoy my drink and I don’t got time to wait for them to remake my drink when I’m running to work. This is the only dutch bros location where I have ever had this kind of issue..please talk to your staff making drinks to pay extra attention to the order. I will prob be going to dunkin instead now because I want to enjoy my drink

  Did a mobile order with so much time in advance that way my drinks were ready by the time I arrived. Once I arrived I still had to wait 20 min for 3 drinks!!! Parking and drive thru is so unorganized. I was trying to get to the walk up window and cars were not letting others by to the parking lot. After I told employee about me precisely making mobile order to not have to wait she got upset stating that they were very busy. Maybe have someone dedicated to only mobile orders? That way drinks are made on time!!! Waiting time is ridiculous and drinks were not made correctly. I’m guessing it was because they were under staffed and in a rush? If they know sundays are their busy days plan accordingly to make sure enough employees are on the schedule to have things run smoother. Also they were prioritizing drive thru rather than walk up window. Will not be coming back to this location.
