  From the second you walk into this location you know it's better. From the top notch dining room with floral decor & class - to the- perfect smell of breakfast & roasted coffee. The atmosphere is above all FF chains. In fact, Chick-fil-A is the FF goat & this location is the goat of all Chick-fil-A locations. If you love Chick-fli-A, like me, this is the spot for you!!

  For some reson they think ALL of their food is fresh and dont care to follow request of "Cook fresh please." They go in and redrop the already cooked food to make it seem as if it is cooked fresh. Chik Fil Q is beginning to be just as trash as the rest of these places. I took the nuggets because I did not feel like going back n forth about it but make no mistake I DO KNOW THAT THEY WERE REDROPPED AND NOT COOKED FRESH.

  Going here is always a good experience! But more than anything I had my daughter turn 2 on the 25th of March, I asked the cashier if they had anything for birthdays and even though she said they didn’t, she offered to bring my toddler some ice cream with wip cream. Once we finished our food, there was a few crew members come to our table and sing happy birthday to her, it was great and she loved the ice cream!

  Hey visiting from California here. Despicable untrained staff team I'm sorry. There is no way you should be doing a physical food tugg of war with people you are contracted to do deliveries with. Your lucky I didn't have the police called and both of you charged with assault yes that's including your manager. And no it won't be the first If you want to make up your own rules post them on the wall so that we all know your breaching what you signed up for. If your going to treat your partners like criminals instead of guest or colleague then this industry is not for you. Ma'am I am not your child. We are NOT to take a photo of you and your staff. To confirm that we've picked up something. EVER. Please expect this to not only be reported to corporate but to the platform as well. California would never! You want to get beyond ahead of yourselves walking out in the dark demanding a photo for what I'm contracted to do. So you want to play with my job. Now it's time to get serious about yours Keep that same energy you had when it's time to explain why you were physically fighting a client over a bag of dry unseasoned chicken that y'all for some reason think that everybody is craving. Get a grip of yourself and don't be aloof I'd choose a kfc, pooeyes, or church's any day before a chicale. Get your uppity staff back in training please including management on how adults are not children and hands do not belong on strangers or you will be out in jail. Thank you.

  I dont know what has changed at this location but its terrible...I purchased a Cobb salad just to get home on the other side of town and not have the dressing that was ordered...Bag full of ketchup...After calling 10 times someone finally answered...come up here once again from across town and tell the manager on duty my name and what the manager told me day before ....the manager goes back...Comes out and says the manager I spoke with yesterday said I can only get a card to get a treat...Wasted my time with this bs...I still think the manager hung up in my face when reporting the missing item that is required to eat a salad...Im reporting them to corporate
