  This is the worst sonic drive in that I’ve ever gone to. They have outdated broken order menu screens and they have slow super slow service. Do yourself a favor and bypass this particular location the last two times I stopped there to grab some breakfast. I waited over 10 minutes and there was nobody in the drive-through line and there were no customers in their cars waiting in the stalls so it was just me and they took too long so I left before I even got my food. Luckily the card readers didn’t take my payment so I was able to leave without losing any money.

  The only thing they got right was the drink, no bacon or jalapeños, no fries and a medium cheese stick, I want what I paid for, didn’t realize till I left

  I ordered food in Merkel following my granddaughter’s basketball game. Given the distance/drive time it should have been timed perfectly! However, for reasons unknown, a train was stopped, blocking EVERY crossing in town. After we sat there for 45 minutes waiting to cross I called to let them know what was going on and that we would get there as soon as we could. Well fast forward ANOTHER 30 minutes before the train finally moved. Nearly an hour and a half after the original pickup time we arrived. We checked in and waited. It took a few minutes which I thought odd since I knew it was ready but they had several cars so no big deal. Then they bring out our food. The delay was because they had REMADE the ENTIRE order!!! I am SO appreciative of them doing this for us. That is what customer service looks like!!! Thank you all!!!

  We ordered two burgers with mustard only because we don't care for the industrial mayonnaise, they still put the industrial mayonnaise and a tiny bit of mustard on each, they were served with rotten tomatoes, wilted lettuce, cold patties, I love sonic but this was the absolute worst sonic I've ever visited, health inspector should shut this place down before someone gets severely sick.
