On several occasions, items have been missing from my order, and the management has been unhelpful and dismissive when addressing these problems. Despite paying for delivery, they only allow a one-week window to report missing items and are unwilling to issue refunds beyond that timeframe—even when the mistake is clearly on their end. When I recently placed another order and asked if they could include an item that had been missing from a previous order, the manager responded rudely and gave inconsistent reasons for refusing—first saying it was because it had been over a week, then dismissively telling me to “go for it” if I wanted to pursue it further. Additionally, in two past orders, they failed to include jalapeños I paid for and did not issue refunds. I ultimately had to contact corporate, who confirmed that refunds should be issued and had to process them on my behalf. Overall, the management does not take accountability, does not attempt to resolve issues, and communicates in an unprofessional manner. This has been a very frustrating experience as a paying customer.
