- MMm.a.aJan 1, 20261.0On January 1, 2026, at 9:48 AM, I arrived at Sonic Cafe, very hungry, wanting to buy lunch. There were some old button-operated phones in the cafe. I didn't know how to use them. I pressed a button, and an aggressive manager jumped out of a window and started yelling at me. I canceled my order. I am very dissatisfied with the service of this company. If the company management is reading this review, please explain to this employee how to treat customers. She doesn't know how to communicate with customers and is very aggressive👎👎👎👎👎👎

When I interacted with service staff, they took forever, specifically to answer questions regarding burger price. They said "what?" to questions about burgers and required extra time to look up information on burgers rather than knowing it offhand. This dissuaded me from going. Keep driving past this location or pack a lunch along!
