  I've been to this taco bell many times and have only left pleased with my order twice at most. Today is the last straw. I ordered a burrito supreme for the first time and got my usual chicken quesadilla as a back up in case I didnt like it. Well. I didnt like it. There was chopped white onions in it and it took away from the burrito which was mostly just slop, as shown in the picture. No big deal, I knew I was trying something new, so I went to my chicken quesadilla. Immediately no. Chopped onions in this as well. This does not normally come with chopped onions, and I do not like onions. The nachos fries were stale and room temp, cheese dip also room temp, husband had to warm up his crunch wrap supreme to eat it. We live 5 minutes away, and all the food were in the bag together. Supremely disappointed...and still hungry. 1 star for the atmosphere because the few times I went inside (to retrieve missing items from my order, or correct wrong food) there were panels in the ceiling rhat were askew showing the dusty dank area above. I say dank because there was a bucket under one catching water dropping from the ceiling, which was odd because it was a sunny day.. Save yourself the hassle and pick a different place. Spending over $30 for two people's lunch, you could do better literally anywhere else.

  Always missing items, long wait times, missing sauces, every visit it’s always been something. For the same price and wait time, makes more sense for us to call in at Maria’s.

  The menu changed and my beef stacker was gone, but I asked Keylin if they could make one and they did and it was perfect. This is true customer service and the stacker tasted great! I really appreciate getting what I wanted even though it’s no longer on the menu.
