    Serious Food Order Mistake & Rude Staff I placed a vegetarian order and was served a sandwich containing meat (ham/beef). I didn't realize the mistake until I had already consumed part of it — which is completely unacceptable. When I called the store to report the issue, the staff was dismissive and rude, offering only a refund with zero empathy or accountability. No apology, no acknowledgment of how serious a mistake like this can be. This isn't just a simple mix-up. Getting someone's dietary preferences wrong — especially when it involves meat for someone who doesn't consume it — is a significant failure in food quality control. The poor customer service response made it even worse. I have already escalated this to Subway Corporate (Order #24F3E21B-72, 04/12/2026). I strongly urge management to retrain staff on both order accuracy and how to handle customer complaints with basic professionalism and respect. I would not recommend this location.

    The service at this Subway location was shockingly rude. The male employee at the counter had a very dismissive attitude and responded to simple questions in an extremely unprofessional manner. When I asked about offers showing on subway app, he abruptly said “offers don’t work here” without any explanation. When I asked if I could get make half-and-half cheese on a footlong sandwich , he again replied “it doesn’t work in this store ” in a rude tone. The way he spoke made it feel like he was doing me a favor by serving food rather than serving a paying customer. Basic courtesy and customer service were completely missing. This kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable.

    I ordered online and it went through on my debit card but never got a confirmation email. I am thinking this happens a lot because when I went in and explained the situation he immediately went into defensive mode and said I would have to call my bank. He wouldn't even look or listen to me at all. Just kept repeating the same thing.

    Terrible experience. We were in line for over 10 minutes, and just when it was finally our turn to order, the manager decided they were no longer going to serve customers in-store because of online orders. We were left standing there like our time didn’t matter at all. It is completely unacceptable to ignore customers who are already waiting in line after spending that much time. This isn’t just bad service, it’s a complete lack of respect and very poor management. If you can’t handle online orders and in-store customers at the same time, then you have a serious organization problem. I definitely will not be coming back to this location. Very bad experience.

    Guy was yelling at us and being so hostile to everyone in the subway. Told all of us not to order anything extra because he doesn’t have time?. Entirely rude and disrespectful. Made absolutely no sense he was irate about a simple sandwich and the people in line behind us were in shock.
