  Routinely doesn't read the instructions on mobile orders then acts annoyed when you tell them the order is incorrect. Drinks are flat. In their rush to get you out of their way, they don't check to ensure the lid is on completely. No 'hello' or greeting when opening the window of the drive through. Seems to be a disappointing experience each time I go there.

  This was not my first visit to this location but it could be my last. I sat in stall 12 and placed my order through the app. I got a Smasher combo and paid extra for large fries. The fries had a box of salt on them. When I called and spoke to the the manager, I was told I could come back and get more fries. I asked for a refund. He said he couldn't do that. I am not going back for fries. And the fact that I couldn't get a refund looks scammy to me.

  My only complaint would be that sometimes the touchscreen thing doesn't let me add a tip.

  It would be nice when asked for modifications that they actually make it on the order. It sucks to make it home ready to eat and your food is t what you expected it to be.
