  Every time I come to this location I am disappointed. The last few time the food was sub par, but it is fast food and I get it. How ever today has topped it all. Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review because of the way I was talked to in the drive threw. At 3.20 3/30/26 I drove up to the drive thew to place an order for my family. The man on taking my order was extremely rude. I asked for a moment to place m y order followed by him repeatedly asking me for my order" I ask for one moment please " The gentleman immediately started to tell me whoa whoa and to calm down and to place my order Im not sure if he was having a bad day or is just a bad employee. I would recommend this person not working with the public and would be put to better use working away from customers. As a manager it realy takes a lot for me to leave this type of review. It is a unfortunate but I feel like someone needs to know how this location treats people.

  I order my food after the guy doesn’t say anything at all , he responds with “2nd window “ no thank you or anything at all . This guy doesn’t even show up to the window . I’m sitting here for several min waiting . Finally I give up and check the 3rd window . He shows up and mumbles “7.25 “ . I ask if he has tap . He says “bruh” then “go to the second window “ He rolls his eyes and walks over . Lazily hands my food . And shuts the window . Absolutely terrible service.

  Worst location within 20 miles i live close and they never get my order correct and food is always cold and horrible today they gave me a raw fish sandwich im finished with this location

  Pulled up to the drive-thru window. Ordered a number one with a Coke. No receipt was given. When I pulled up to the window to pick up the order I was told to pull the bay number three. I sat in Bay number three for over 15 minutes. Never got my food. I went inside to get a refund or to get my food and was told that I could not have my food or a refund unless I proved that I bought the order with the receipt since no receipt was given. How can I prove with the receipt? The manager finally gave me a refund. I would not suggest eating at this at this McDonald's because this is the worst run location I have ever seen in my entire life. I thought Burger King was bad but McDonald's just took the trophy
