  Karina and Melanie did a fantastic job. Food was fresh and hot me and my husband are a little bit picky when it comes to our food, but they are on top of it in there all requirements met above par.

  I had a very bad experience at this McDonald's. There was basically no service at all. When I needed assistance, I couldn’t find any staff for a long time. All the employees seemed to be hiding in the kitchen, and no one was available to help customers. This is unacceptable and very frustrating. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the service.

  the assistant manager was very very rude We pay for food and we showed her the receipt and everything and it took my money and she walk away with a nasty attitude and we did not get a refund i’m extremely upset get her out ASAP

  Just waited 45 mins for my food. Carried it out myself, ordered online, pick up in drive thru, psh. Still was missing 3 burgers. No offer for a credit. No offer of anything. Why do I need to order a head of time if I'm still waiting 45 mins and still missing food..... I watched about 30 cars get served waiting for my food....... Get better organized. Stop losing orders. You would think spending nearly $100 they would think oh this is a priority before all the other people BEHIND me.......... Very very frustrating. Plus all my Large fries were about half way full.

  Big Mac is not a real burger. It is an odd spongy pre-fab productoid with not much flavor. Too much dry bread, weird rehydrated onion flakes, sweet non-burger taste. A product designed by committee and corporate board for mass production and high volume logistics, it has diminished over the decades. It is a long half-life processed space food like a Twinkie. Meddling corporate bigwigs, get back in your lane. Big Arch was clearly a lot better but still corporate-tasting and at a high price. It is still below a Whopper or many other fast food burgers or any restaurant burger. Eating inside the place is sterile like eating in a computer room. McDonalds can’t just simply flip a burger, it is too process-driven and has no reason to lead the market. Sell your stock….
