  Kroger on 2721 Sam Rayburn in Melissa, Tx location: Second time Rocket Apples were spoiled, disgusting & terrible! Surely the moldy bad apples & spoilt fluid in the clamshell came be seen so the Produce manager can toss the bad! Kroger even charges $2 more each item from their OWN Kroger costs bought in person. $2 more for apples, $2 more for Rotisserie chicken and then add $7 in fees. I'm a senior, unable to walk or drive. Heavily rely on delivery services. No fruit for the week. Why can't people just do their job in removing the bad fruit?

  This is unacceptable Kroger. Stick to selling out dated groceries and bad meat. That's what this store does best. Im tired of of complaining nothing is done about it. Dear Manager save the fake apology and response to my post and leave the fried chicken and orher cooked foods to the restaurants because you guys don't care. It's been this way since you opened. Walmart never has these issues take a page from their book!

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding work done by two cart pushers, Eli and Jakaruis, during my recent visit to Kroger. When I arrived, the parking lot had a large number of carts scattered throughout, but these two handled the situation with impressive efficiency and teamwork. By the time I finished shopping, the parking lot was completely cleared, and there were plenty of carts neatly organized inside the store for customers to use. It made a noticeable difference in the overall shopping experience—everything felt more organized and accessible. On top of that, the store itself was very clean, which added to the positive atmosphere. It’s clear that employees like Eli and Jakaruis take pride in their work, and it shows. Great job to both of them for going above and beyond!

  Michelle in the self checkout is very RUDE. Don't bother to ask for help. While checking out one of the product on screen had different price than what was listed so I asked her for help. She already seems to be disgusted by me and without listening to my question she just tapped hard on screen with RUDE gesture like I am illiterate and didn't bother to explain anything. She seems to be unhappy there.
