We visited HEB yesterday for the first time, and it was a really great experience. I was impressed with how well everything was organized, which made shopping easy and enjoyable. They had a wide variety of fruits available, all looking fresh and appealing.
I also found several items that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else, which was a big plus. Overall, it was a very satisfying visit, and I’d definitely look forward to going back again.

Like everyone in the area, I was very excited when this store opened. I visit about twice a month and spend about $600-800 here monthly. I started to type a whole long thing but I figured bullet points were more digestible.
1-The coupons, specifically the ones that must be scanned on your phone, never work for me (yes, I meet the terms) and the cashier does not double check to make sure they’re applied. The coupons are the whole point of shopping here.
2-There are only 2-3 regular registers (not 15 items or less) open at any given time, regardless of how busy the store is.
3-The baggers are not trained and they don’t pay any attention to what they’re doing.
4-The stupid Buddy Bucks machine is always broken.

This HEB is AMAZING!!! Clean, fully stocked, wide variety of products to choose from, reasonably priced groceries, plenty of cashiers, lines move quickly and a helpful friendly staff. Every time I have been there, there is someone up front ready to direct you where to go, if you cant find something. Love the bakery, the huge selection of cheeses & pre made meals. Huge seafood section & the The sushi!😋😲 They have a HUGE plant selection outside & flower shop inside. It even has a BBQ restaurant inside that serves DINO RIBS!!! 😲 If you haven't been you need to check it out!!! I live in Oklahoma but I always make it one of my stops after visiting my mom in the Dallas area.🤗

Very nice store reminded me of the Kroger Market stores. Large selection of everything and if you love sushi they have the LARGEST sushi to go selection I have ever seen it was amazing just too may choices for my brain at the moment!!

Customer service is basically non existent. The woman answering the customer service line refused to answer if she was the manager on site or if I could be transferred to a manager.
When I told her I was calling to share negative feedback about HEB's now offering halal meat, she became aggressive and condescending, to the point where I had to hang up on her.
If you don't see the issue with this, just look up and read up on what animals go through for their flesh to be considered "halal" and then read up on the history of the ideology known as lsIam.
They say the owner of HEB is a big liberal... well, I'd love for him to tell me what is so liberal and progressive about lsIam and musIims.
Won't be shopping at HEB or Central Market for the time being.
