    Very clean, fast service, staff was a hoot! Brisket was smokey and flavorful, and the brisket beans are addicting. Never going to Buccees for a sandwich again!

    I came here over Buccees and it was definitely the correct decision! Even though they were busy I got my food super quick, staff was very friendly, and the bbq was tasty! Will definitely be back!

    Great service! The man helping us at the register was very kind. Our experience was good. We got a 1/2 lbs pulled pork sandwich and a one meat plate with lean brisket. The sandwich was tasty, it was a little too sauced and that took away from the pork flavor. The brisket was a little bit more tough than bigger BBQ spots but it was still seasoned perfectly and a tasty bark. The creamed corn and mac and cheese were solid, nothing to write home about. I really liked the honey butter on the cornbread, it was seriously like an icing, so sweet but I loved it. Pretty good portions! It was 30$ for the sandwich, the plate, 3 sides, and banana pudding. Not bad pricing, not sure why others are having price issues.

    Absolutely horrendous customer service, the food was over 40 minutes late, with items missing and wrong items included in the order. The serving staff where rude and ignored our pick up driver for over 30 minutes. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible service, love HEB but I'll never order from this store again.

    This place is not True to Texas at all. It isTrue Embarrassment in every measurable way. It's sad to know that travelers stop by here thinking that they are getting a taste of authentic Texas BBQ. This isn't even distantly related to True Texas BBQ. This isn't even the 3rd cousin of TX BBQ. This is scaled corporate trash and a terrible representation of all things BBQ.
