Sloppy preparation, ingredients not well placed inside of the bread. Management needs to make adjustments and train their staff properly

She took maybe 15 minutes when there was nobody else in the store. she stood there for a good 5 minutes not doing anything and waiting for the other lady who spoke english, but was not helpful. i got so tired i had to sit down in the resturaunt while my mom was standing there waiting for her to use her simple knowledge (which she didn't have). She also would not make eye contact with us and started doing other projects like taking out bread of the oven, putting gloves on and off, and trying for 3 minutes to separate this cheese. If you come here, be prepared to wait for 15 minutes and be treated terrible! DO NOT COME HERE!!!
