    Every time I go to this location, they mess up a small portion of my order. Normally things like missing sauces aren’t a big enough deal to write a review about, but last night I had a horrible experience at this location. My burger came out extremely undercooked, which I only found out after I had already taken a bite. Normally I don’t mind pink in my burgers, but never from a fast food restaurant! Not only that, but they gave me the wrong drink. After telling them what drink I actually ordered, the worker seemed very impolite. I’m not gonna snitch or anything because they fixed my drink immediately after letting them know, but it was very disappointing to have that experience immediately be followed up by a mouthful of raw meat (lol)

    Guess how many items are missing out? They didn’t give me any hash browns, orange juice is missing. Their phone never got answered. Can’t report missing item in the app.

    McDonald’s food taste is generally consistent since it’s a franchise, so I’m not commenting on the taste. My concern is purely about the service at this location. They didn’t provide any napkins or paper towels. After eating, I had to drive my car without even being able to clean my hands — that’s not acceptable. Later, I noticed the napkins were missing completely. The packing was very poor. The burgers were collapsed and thrown into the box without proper arrangement. It didn’t even feel like eating a burger — I had to arrange everything myself before eating. If customers have to assemble their own food, it defeats the purpose of ordering. I’m not blaming McDonald’s as a brand, but the service quality at this location was really disappointing. This may not happen to everyone, but this was my experience, and it honestly felt careless. Service matters just as much as food. I hope this location improves attention to basic customer needs.

    Hey hey hey I just wanted to come and give a special person a review because he deserves it every time I come to the drive-through and Melissa, Texas McDonald’s is this worker named Cesar and he always will remember us my order a basket of fries and four barbecue sauce but this time I switched up on he in order something different he always brings joy he always smiles. He always brings the good energy every time I come to drive-through and I really love that and I really support that. He really love his job and he really loves the people that comes to drive-through And I hope you really do see this Caesar. I really hope you have a lovely and a blessed day and thank you for bringing joy and smiles and good energy to McDonald’s.

    The manager in charge on 12/10/25 around 11am is rude. I placed a mobile app order for Grinch fries because the Grinch meal was unavailable. I was told by the lady working the 2nd window that they were looking for the Grinch salt for the fries and I was told to pull to the 3rd window to either get the salt or they would issue a refund. While waiting the manager comes to window asking if I wanted something else and starts naming things I could get. I told her no I didnt want extra food because I had ordered everything I wanted. She states she cant issue a refund because I paid through the app, she then gets an attitude closes the window and comes back with $.88 and when I looked confused she said it's for the Grinch salt and the remaining $3 went toward the fries because I got a medium fry. I told her I got the fries that were available in the app so that I could get Grinch fries but I didnt have to get that size fry. As im talking to her she closes the window and walks away, she then proceeds to come back and hand me $3 and closes the window. This situation could have been handled differently.
