Tables are dirty and there is no way to get any type of Customer assistance. All orders are taken on a very confusing kiosk and numbers called out when ready. That's the only time you even know a person is at the store. Food was normal for McDonald's

Of it she called the cops bc I went in person and she denied to give me a refund or to re make my order again please check y’all’s food when y’all order from here , I’m still going to sue them no matter what bc if I swallowed the piece of glass that was already in my mouth I could of died , I will be talking to my lawyer about this and I will get the names of the people who work in the kitchen area

Waited until 10 ppl passed me in the drive thru while waiting. Spoke to who said they were the manager. Deer in the headlights look. He, I'm pretty sure, did not understand anything I said when inquiring why it takes so long. No apology, no sorry, no "I'll pass this on to the manager". Blank stare.
