- KKKay Kares5 days ago1.0Just went through the drive through, 2 cars in the line before us. We were asked to go park around the corner, which we then proceeded to sit there for 30 mins. Meanwhile 10 additional vehicles received their food while we sat there. We ordered 1 mcdouble and 1 hot n spicy. Finally someone came out to us, with the wrong order... Went back inside, and came back out, still with the wrong order. He went back inside and we sat there 10 additional minutes before we had to stand at the windows by the locked door to get their attention. Yes they did give us a refund, but we left hungry and annoyed with the hour they just wasted of our time. To add to the situation, they were not even apologetic at all. Bad customer service all the way around.

Inside was completely deserted — which is perfect, because busy outside means the grill is getting absolutely abused by a cook flipping burgers like his life depended on it, so everything’s fresh. I went to take a leak and by the time I came back my order was already waiting for me like The Flash had just picked up a shift here. Fries looked great, were hot, and hit exactly the way McDonald’s fries are supposed to. Burgers were solid and exactly what you expect from a good franchise.
