  Never coming back to this store ever again. I had a really frustrating experience at this store late at night. There were barely any customers inside, so there’s honestly no excuse for what I saw. The cart pusher — who looked like a kid — was not doing his job at all. Instead of gathering carts from the parking lot, he left the area completely and went around the side of the building to do who knows what. Meanwhile, carts were scattered all over the parking lot and blocking parking spaces. Customers were left struggling to find carts because none were being brought inside. It was disorganized and made the store look poorly managed. What made it worse is that this was happening when the store was basically empty. There was no rush, no chaos — just an employee choosing not to do his job. It reflects badly on management that no one noticed or corrected it. Definitely disappointed with the lack of responsibility and supervision.

  They always have rotten food every damn time i shop here. Go to Walmart or HEB!!!

  Every time I come to this store my shopping cart is stopped electronically at the exit. This is the last time I am profiled!!!!!!! If they are treating paying customers this way, imagine how the employees are treated. This location has terrible customer service.

  Last time I will do a grocery pickup here. The produce is a gamble and today I was given half a decayed cantaloupe. Today my order was 2 hours late and I was not aware until I got to the store. This Kroger will be next to close if they can’t get it together. I’ll be shopping at target from now on.

  The store itself is fine. There’s a good selection and it’s usually well maintained. However… pickup is AWFUL at this location. I don’t know why it’s so bad here compared to other locations, but since we moved to the area last year, 75% of the time they screw up somehow. Items are forgotten, substituted without permission, or otherwise inaccurate. They’re also running behind so frequently— once my order was delayed by THREE HOURS. When I asked why it happens so much here, no one’s able to give a satisfactory answer, but apparently there’s no limit to the number of people who can choose a certain pickup time so they get flooded with orders depending on the day and time. I don’t know who’s in charge of pickup, but they need to make serious changes to the way things are run. This is ridiculous.
