Didn't have time to wait for the BBQ restaurant to open at 11am but was able to buy some of thier turkey that was really good. Tried a pumpkin empanada from the bakery and it was good. The variety of options was fantastic. They had thier own brand and at least 1 other brand but often more of almost everything. I spent close to an hour exploring the whole store for my first time there and was cautious to keep my spending under $100 for this first trip. Once they build the one that is supposed to be in Sherman, TX I will likely shop here more.

I was missing all of my meat items in this order, meat is not cheap, and I was missing $52 worth of meat. Also calling customer service to the store, the girl on the phone was super unprofessional and unproductive. She sounds young, under 21, and was moaning and groaning about helping me with this issue. Asked if I’d like a refund, um no. I ordered groceries, I’d like my groceries. This isn’t DoorDash. I would highly suggest either better training or hiring managers to hire more mature adults, instead of children, to handle customer issues.

Opening that fresh high pulp HEB orange juice and enjoying it with of those HEB BBQ Brisket home made HEB tortilla tacos was amazing to start my day! Can't wait when they open a HEB Plus up here for extended stays, with televisions, patio furniture and normal furniture and clothing! (Sarc)

A pharmacist refused to fill a legally written prescription from a licensed physician while citing laws and rules that were later acknowledged not to exist. It was eventually stated that the refusal was based on pharmacist discretion rather than an actual legal requirement. If this type of refusal is considered acceptable practice, patients deserve to be clearly informed of the real laws and policies that govern it. A same-state prescription is legally valid regardless of whether a patient lives five miles away or fifty. Many medications are also routinely prescribed and filled across state lines under existing regulations. Denying or delaying access to prescribed treatment without accurate legal justification creates real harm, especially for patients experiencing psychiatric instability. This type of practice undermines patient trust and continuity of care and should prompt serious internal review by the pharmacy.
