Had a lot of shoppers but I was still able to take my time and browse through the vegetable and cheese isle. Also had a top quality kitchen essentials isle. The ready made warm meals at the produce entrance are worth purchasing if you want something quick to eat. Checkout was a breeze. Just moved to this area and this store will definitely be my place to shop for groceries and a few other things.

The section where they bake things is very neat, especially the little pastries that they offer. I usually have a hard time finding organic oranges here, which is a bit disappointing. Sometimes I can't even find oranges that are not organic. I would recommend coming here!

Its bad enough that I do not even get acknowledged with a hello or any eye contact whatsoever. What is happening to this generation of young people. The lack of care and or just being friendly has gone out the door. The bagger was just as bad as the cashier and to add more fuel to the fire, no thank you and have a great night was acknowledged upon paying for my groceries. Such a horrible experience coming from a big brand store chain. All it takes is a simple hello and how are you to have great customer service and this cashier definitely failed in that department. Upon review of my receipt, the cashier's name is Jacky #434431 and the time of my purchase is 6:40 pm on Nov 12, 2025.

Ate at the Texas BBQ very good. Even had upstair seating with a tv. They have a drive thru. If you want it to go. From Oklahoma made a 2 hour trip to restock fridge & deep freezer. I think it was worth the trip.
- JDJalal DaiyNov 2, 20251.0I want to warn other customers at the H-E-B in Melissa, Texas to ALWAYS check your receipt. Today I went to this store and I only bought five items. Two of them rang up with the wrong (higher) prices. Gold pearl onions were shown in the store as $1.00 per lb. On my receipt they charged me $4.98 per lb and the total came out $21.31 just for onions. I went to customer service and they admitted it was a mistake and refunded $17.20 back to my card. I also got overcharged on potatoes. The shelf price was $3.56 but they charged me $5.68. I asked for a manager because this is two wrong prices out of only five items. They just told me “sorry, system error.” This is not the first time. It also happened to me last week. So how many people are getting charged extra and don’t notice? I attached my receipt so you can see what they tried to charge me. Please double-check your receipt before you leave the store.
