  I love HEB. I am a senior citizen and I have to use a motorized cart. I found one where I parked, it made it just inside the door and died. A very polite, young man told to stay right there and he went and got me another one. There was a lady behind me that needed another cart and he went after one. I can't remember his name but Brovo young man.

  Always has the best produce! We try to go when it’s not so crazy busy because with the shoppers for pick up and delivery orders and regular customers- this place is a mad house! But everything stays organized on the shelves, and the selection is amazing. Always worth the drive for an HEB run!

  As someone described it to me "H.E.B. is a grocery store on steroids ". It is huge and an all day event. I did find some things I have not found in any of the grocery stores. Worth the experience......so many choices!!!!

  Visit 02/22 : I don’t think I’ve ever left a store feeling more frustrated than I did leaving HEB today . I don’t typically have any issues and the cashiers are usually really nice and helpful . My cashier was Daria based on what the receipt says . The customers in front of me left and the cashier and whoever was bagging for her immediately started talking crap about them regarding letting their child watching a show on their phone in the cart …. As much as I’d like to get into how disrespectful it is to talk about parents who are literally out here trying to do their best , especially if you don’t even look old enough to be speaking from experience … let’s talk about the more obvious issue … At the very least , try and save the crap you talk about customers for when it’s just you and your coworkers . It’s mad unprofessional and TERRIBLE customer service . Next - you should work on keeping your instructions clear and concise … having one of you tell me to move my cart forward and the other tell me to move my product does not make for an efficient experience . Do better .

  Great pharmacy section, and overall the best selection of cheese, meats, spices, seasonings, dairy, etc. Their cashiers overall are awful -- I have had one tell me to go to the next available register while she was talking to the bagger with her back turned... Apparently she didn't want to be interrupted while she was having her conversation with her bagger. She couldn't see that the register next to me had someone with like 200 items. Another incident, the cashier had her back turned... talking to her bagger. This was a different cashier. Coincidentally, this happened on two separate occasions on register 11.
