  I was told by the manager that they dont have my mobile order? Showed them the receipt. Manager said “we gave it away to someone else, pull forward and we will remake it” i pull forward, been sitting for 10mins then someone comes out saying can we take a photo of the order, we dont have it and we will make it for you. So why did you have us pull forward and wait 10 extra mins for no reason? I understand things happen but to waste my time for no reason? Seems little wild.

  I asked for Frosty they gave my husband a strawberry lemonade and said its frosty.He asked multiple times if its a frosty they said yes it is.If your employee doesn't even know the product you sell how its still running?The nuggets was not fresh. I worked at wendys and I know when I see reheated nuggets.

  The guy at the window today needs more training, how the hell do you give out a frosty with no spoon, like should I eat this with my hands or wait for it to melt? Not to mention giving out just one sauce for nugget I didn’t order a four piece nugget to get one sauce. I remember going to Wendy’s and getting welcome with a smile and my order right. Management need to retrain this crew.

  Great customer service and clean.....I mean really it's clean up in there. The atmosphere is bland because no one dies in no more. Steering wheels are contagious. The food was served hit and with a smile. Clean bathrooms for sure.
