  Ordered Spicy chicken sandwich at Eldorado and 75 location in Mckinney TX, the chicken patty was like I was biting on a leather, it was old and probably reheated multiple times. It costed over $7 dollars just for the sandwich, which went down the drain. I was already driving home and was too tired and annoyed to go back to return the low standard sandwich. I'll never go to this location again. Poor management and food handling.

  Order a Large Spicy Sandwiche Combo and the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club; but I was still hungry afterwards. Choose to go hungry to not let this place have anymore money after spending $29. My Spicey chicken sandwich which wasn't a custom one, had maybe 9 PIECES of shredded lettuce and a single tomato slice that was so small and thin, you had to peel apart the sandwich to find. Mentioned it to the manager and she just starred at me confused and said "That's the spice chicken sandwich!" "It's got barely any veggies on it and looks nothing like the picture. I asked for a sandwich not bread and a piece of chicken" "That's the spicey chicken sandwich!" Fries were mildly warm at best. Dinner room is quietly bur boringly so and clearly doesn't look or feel friendly. Partner's food was cold and bland and left them utterly disappointed and unimpressed. We've had a pretty horrible day so it wouldn't have been difficult to please us, but I guess this places mission is to punish and penalties those that dine-in. Guess drive-through is the only way to get hot food..

  So yesterday I came in to order the chicken nugget meal first off why wasn’t the front registers working? The cashier kept going back-and-forth to the drive-through area that’s not my biggest issue. Biggest issue was when I receive my food in my drink there was a limited selection of drink options in the dining area on top of that. My chicken nuggets didn’t seem like they were cooked all the way I could pick up a chicken nugget in the bread just fall off of it or the crust they were not crispy. The fries seem like they weren’t done overall the food was just horrible through most of it away. Customer service was fantastic, but I definitely will not be eating there ever again.
