  Great Service at Wendy's! ​If you’re looking for a spot that actually stands by their service, the Wendy’s at Lake Forest and University is it. ​I had an issue with an incorrect order yesterday, but when I went back today, Brandon handled everything perfectly. He was professional, efficient, and remade the order without any hassle. It’s rare to see someone take that kind of ownership to make things right, and he really turned the experience around. ​The food was fresh and the service was top-notch. Big shoutout to Brandon for the great attitude and for taking care of me!

  Daniela the manager was absolutely gracious. And the apple pecans salad , I had wonderful! Very , very clean store in very kind people working there

  Very disappointing this location has stopped serving breakfast. We will be driving past this location from now on to a different Wendy’s for all our meals. Hope they go out of business soon!

  has genuinely been the worst fast food experience I get in the drive thru as the only person there and get ready to take my order as I'm ordering i just keep hearing sighs coming from the order taker as I ask what comes on the burger her response was "the veggies and the sauces" and I had to keep pushing to know what came on it after that she had me repeat my order and then told me they'd have my total at the window I was greeting by a man who took my card gave me the drinks and pulled me up to the red line I understand that you guys need the hme timers to go down but you should be pulling people up if there's no cars behind it afterwards anyways I got the food and realized that the fries were large and I didn't ask for a large. I WAS HELLA OVERCHARGED!!! they charged me for large meals without me asking and just straight up scam (Not cool) then I ate the super dry burger and unsalted fries and went on with my day. The moral of the story is was charged 40 dollars for what should have been a 29 dollar meal (i put it into the app to figure out the prices) im just really frustrated and something should change please gang 🙏🙏
