Every time I go to H-E-B, I always stop at Tru Texas barbecue - It’s become a must! On my last visit, I accidentally misplaced my credit card in my large handbag and I was scrambling to find it. The employee taking my order was incredibly patient and friendly while I searched and searched. Big shout out to.Kyndall For the great customer service and kindness. Thank you for making what could’ve been a stressful moment. Feel easy and welcoming!

I am disabled and she kindly brought me my food, utensils, my drink + refilled it and BBQ sauce. I definitely enjoyed her hospitality and pleasant conversation.
