After receiving approval for a Yellow Fever vaccination, I called to schedule and learned the vaccine was not in stock, with timing becoming critical before my upcoming travel. Shiva, the pharmacist on duty, understood the urgency and took initiative. On her own time, she picked up the vaccine from another Tom Thumb location and left detailed instructions for Ginger, the pharmacist on duty the following day. Thanks to their coordination, I was able to receive the vaccination on Saturday morning without issue. This level of service is rare and truly appreciated. Many thanks to both Shiva and Ginger for their professionalism, initiative, and dedication.
