  This Cantina chicken hard taco was still decent as pictured, but it would have been even better if the cheese had stayed inside. By the time I finished it, it was half hard taco and half soft taco. My main complaint, however, is not about the food itself, but about the customer service. If you order a drink, you have to either wait until your food arrives or stand by the cash register, staring at the employees while all five or six of them ignore you and try to flag one of them down so you can enjoy your drink while you wait.

  If you are getign food DO NOT do an inside order, they completely ignore inside orders and only focus on drive through or doordashes that come inside.We waited 40 minutes for our food and it was only 2 combos. There were multiple other families waiting for food. And the food is just not as good as other taco bells, this food is very much below average compared to other taco bells. My boyfriend had gotten the same exact items the day before, at a completely different taco bell and his item was good and the one here was just not good at all and his being rice burrito, the rice was not fully cooked and was crunchy, overall, extremely disappointed.This used to be my go to spot and now it's just awful. Make the extra 5 to 10 minute drive to a different taco bell.

  I placed an order and paid using my credit card, and I was given a receipt clearly showing that the payment was successfully processed. However, when I went to receive my food, the employee told me that I had not paid. I calmly showed her my receipt as proof, but she immediately dismissed it and insisted that it was not valid. Her behavior throughout the interaction was extremely rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly rolled her eyes while I was speaking and had a very unfriendly and dismissive tone. It felt like she had already decided not to believe me, no matter what I showed her. Instead of trying to help or calmly look into the situation, she made no effort to resolve the issue and did not offer any kind of basic courtesy or customer service.Rather than involving a manager or checking the system further, she told me that I needed to leave, go home, and bring back a bank statement as proof. This was completely unreasonable, especially since I had already shown a valid receipt. Despite this, I went home, accessed my bank account, and returned to the store with proof of the transaction. What makes this situation even worse is that, after all of this, I still did not receive my food. I paid for my order, was treated disrespectfully, forced to go out of my way to prove something I had already proven, and ultimately left without what I paid for. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

  i ordered a crunch wrap and a baja blast and I waited 20 mins for my food while other customers got their food within 5 mins and left. When I went up to the counter to ask where my food was, I was ignored for another 10 minutes until someone brought me my food and drink. It wasn't even the right drink😭
