  Me and my mom went here today and we ordered 2 Mexican pizzas a cheese quesidillas and fries both Mexican pizzas and the Quesidillas were burnt and now me and my mother are having stomach issues and nausea it was nasty too

  Atrocious.. showed up to pick up my first order here, did an online order but it wasnt ready cause they got names mixed up, no big deal, they told me to wait by the doors and they'd bring it out.. After 3 mins I got a notification saying the food order was completed on the app. (Guess I should have gone in right then to check, but I was told they'd bring it out, so I went ahead and waited) after 15 mins I went in to check to see if it was actually ready and it was just sitting on the counter ready to go.. and you could tell it had been awhile because the tortillas were stuck to the bags they were in, quesadillas were cold, crunchwrap supreme was no longer crunchy, etc. This was my first and only time trying to place an order here. Fortunately, that MCD is open across the street now, ill try there next time I need a quick easy to pick up dinner.

  I arrived to order Doritos Locos Tacos and Nacho bell Grande. Come to find out they don’t have any Beef for anything of their meals. After ordering we were made aware and asked if we wanted to sub for another meat or for extra beans, We opted for steak. After we found out we were up charged on all of the meals. I’m extremely disappointed in the service!

  I come to this location often on my lunch break from work and I usually have good interactions with the younger employees and the managers there. However today around 11:45am there was an older short hispanic lady at the window and she came to give me my food never asked if I needed anything else sauces etc. I had two taco salads and she offered me two packs of hot sauce, when I asked her for more she said “ we can only give two for your items” I politely let her know that was fine and I would pay for them, she said NO she couldn’t give me anymore than that. I again politely asked her if there was a manager available so that I could ask to pay for them she then looked at me with so much hate, rolled her eyes and just walked away from the window” Eventually the manager came to the window and I offered to pay for sauce he stated that they do not charge for them and gave me a couple more. I was grateful however, for people to come and spend 100’s of dollars a month at your establishment and to act that mean and hateful about taco sauce is just crazy. Be polite to people you never know how someones day is going.
