This place absolutely sucks and has for years. I tried to place an order there and redeem a reward I had. They refused to redeem my reward and then couldn’t even get my order correct. I just left. Done with this place. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on eldorado.

This location is so bad and lazy, they refuse to take your order from the stalls and only bring food out if you order from the app. I sat for 20 min, changed stalls and hit the red button multiple times with no answer, attempted the drive through and they also refused to answer. I HOPE CORPERATE SHUTS THIS LOCATION DOWN.

Ordered my food through the app and arrived at the estimated time. Food wasn’t ready yet. Totally fine as it is an estimate. I could tell they were busy so I wasn’t expecting speedy service. Looked like one guy running the food out so I felt sorry for him. When he brought me my food I couldn’t even get my quick “hello” out before he pushed the bag of food in my face with a “here. Okayyy he’s busy fine. Rude but I can understand the rush. What I don’t understand is what’s the point of rushing if that is the very thing causing you errors therefore slowing you down? Before I could say excuse me he power walked back into the building. After trying to catch his attention for a bit I was able to tell him I’m missing my drink. His response was a mumbled “these orders” while pointing towards the building and then proceeding to take out orders for the next 15 minutes. Eventually I just ate my food which wasn’t that good. The burger was great but the tots were extremely hard to the touch and literally crumbled like dust when I applied pressure. right there still waiting for my food. I eventually just drove away bc he was never going to being my drink anyway. I get being busy in a service industry, but waiting just 5 seconds would save any future error. Who likes being charged for items they never received?

Today's experience was awful. Last time, I tried to use the app for my order, but that took over 30+ minutes for my food to arrive, so I attempted to put my order in normally. I had a very simple order Dirty diet dr pepper Cheese sticks + ranch Cookie dough blast Pretzel + cheese sauce (My order was missing the 2 sauces, but I didn't realize this until I left. The diet Dr. Pepper didn't taste right either, like too much soda water and not enough syrup). I put in the order through the speaker like normal; however, the screen was black, so there no instructions to pay. The person taking my order did not warn me about this. When the carhop arrived, I told them the only cash I had was a $50 bill. I was assured this would not be a problem and they could bring me change. The order was $16.63. So I expected $33.37 back. The carhop returned with my change, but I only received $17. He said something about the cash machine being broken, but I didn't fully understand before he left. I left my car, to try and talk to someone in person. There was no way for me to signal anyone inside, so I pressed the button at a table on the patio outside. They said "please go through the drive through" in order to speak to someone face-to-face. When I went through the drive through, the manager waived me off completely because the issue was going to take too much time and asked me to pull around. Eventually, another car hop came to ask about my issue. He and the original carhop were eventually able to give me $50 cash back and allow me to pay with a card instead. The whole process took about 45 minutes. The employees themselves were very helpful and patient. My biggest issue was that so much of their equipment seems to be broken and that the manager was unreachable and unhelpful. We will not be back.

Took 25 minutes for 2 drinks. That was my whole order. I read this place is under new management. But the few times I’ve ever stopped at this location it’s usually been a long wait. There was ONE runner bringing food out. I will not be coming back here. The two Sonic’s on Eldorado have much better staffing/ service/ wait times.
