  Ordered a 3 topping pan pizza and got a cheese original hand tossed. When I told them the pizza isn't right and I'm not paying for it he said I already did and there was nothing he could do about it. (I had already bought the pizza on the app) On top of that the pizza was almost burnt

  We recently moved. We used to buy Papa John's pizza regularly. We are looking for a good pizza place in our new area. Pizza Hut is not it. The pizza was cold before we got home (<1.5 miles away). They did bring it out when it was ready. Otherwise, the first guy I met didn't know how to operate the register so he called someone else. They have no printed menu only the damned QR-code based menu. (I know get with the times--but I had left my phone in the car. ) We won't be going back if we have a choice.

  Today's order from the Pizza Hut located at 210 N Custer Rd, Suite 160, McKinney, 75071, was horrible. We have ordered from here before and it was never less than 5 stars. Today's veggie lover pizza felt like it was not even fresh out of the oven. There were barely any tomatoes, barely any onions and both the onions and the banana peppers were all dried up. Bell peppers were missing. We even found a few crumbs of meat, which looked like either chicken or meat ball, hard to tell. Very Disappointed. We cannot believe that this Pizza Hut store has fallen to such low standards since our last visit a few months ago.

  Melinda at Pizza Hut in McKinney, TX, 160 Custer provided outstanding customer service. She listened to my concern about issues with the Pizza Hut app and quickly resolved my concern.
