Went to pick up a DoorDash order, and I felt like ordering a mocha frappe, turns out the frappe machine “wasn’t working” pulled up to the window to pick up the order; and I asked to manager; I’m assuming it was, I asked her if they were serving frappes, she deliberately ignored me and walked away. Very rude and disrespectful.

This place has some miserable people working at night. They can never get my coffee right. It's never fresh or hot. Sometimes they dont even want to take orders. They definitely need some customer service training. I try to avoid this location but sometimes its the only one open 24hrs so I have no other choice. If it were up to me I would start getting rid of the slackers that work the night shift.

No one here speaks English, they just stare at you until the one employee who dies speak English talked to you. HIRE PEOPLE WHO SPEAK ENGLISH AND TRAIN THEM PROPERLY

Ordered and deluxe mc crispy, quarter pounder and redeemed a 6 piece. Black specs all over my Nuggets and on the chicken. Tasted like dirty oil. Definitely nasty and a waste.

Worse experience ever. I've heard about McDonald's pushing the use of the kiosk system, but what do you do when the options you want are not available? I went to the counter to get some assistance. The woman looked at me but never spoke or acknowledged me. I waited while she fixed 2 other order with the occasional glance. Finally, I was done when she started on the next order. I walked out of McDonald's for my last time. If that is how you treat customers, I will take my business elsewhere. What happened? This setup only capitalizes on profits at the expense of the customer. Won't ever be back.
