  The slowest service around been 3 times on different days and your going to wait at least 15 mins to get food it takes so long I’ve never been able to order I always pull off

  Absolutely horrible no customer service since they have kiosks have to repeat why i am there 5 times cause no one speaks good enough English and that's after you stand there for 10 mins being ignored

  Honestly one of the best McDonald’s you can come to. Now with that being said if you are the person that prefers to order at the counter this may not be the one for you, it’s available and you may just need to peak your head and someone will come and help you, but this is a more modern McDonald’s with the kiosks. Some have mentioned the parking and while there is some limited parking (it’s not that bad) but keep in mind it’s not a big McDonald’s. We ordered in and the food was delicious it was great, my husband said he had the best mocha frappe from this location than from many others and he orders them ALL the time. The customer service was amazing! Young kid who brought us our food but asked if we needed anything, any sauces, napkins, etc. it wasn’t just us either all the tables that were taken their food were asked the same question about if they needed anything (straws, sauces, napkins, etc.) and it wasn’t just this time either, the last time we came we had the same experience I just remembered to need to do a review this time. My experience in the restroom was great too. Clean bathroom, had toilet paper, hand soap, blow dryers working. (I just want people to keep in mind for those who had a bad experience, someone could have just cleaned a bathroom and all it takes is one person to completely destroy a stall in the matter of seconds without staff knowing until it was time to check the restrooms again). We’ll continue coming to this location because of the great experiences we’ve had here.

  Ordered online to make sure that we got lunch menu after we got off of work just to find out that they decided to switch over to breakfast before their scheduled time and did not make our order when it was correctly ordered in a timely fashion. No wonder this place has two stars. It definitely deserves lower than that. Oh, and to be told, I’ll just go ahead and get a refund which takes 1 to 7 days is absolutely ludicrous. I hope the people that are on the late late shift get reprimanded and proper procedures are put back into place especially coming from somebody that works As a manager at a late night restaurant that is unacceptable indefinitely takes sales plus customer service to a whole new lower level
