  I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald's location, mainly due to the service from an employee named Autumn. From the start, she had a very rude and unpleasant attitude while taking my order. I made several clear requests: I asked for my McChickens to be well done with added onions, my hamburger to have only meat and bun (no mustard or onions), and for my fries to be fresh. Despite the long wait time, my order was still incorrect. My burger had mustard and onions, the fries were not fresh, the McChickens were not well done, and only one had onions added. On top of that, the straw I received was dirty, even though it was sealed. When I went back around to address the issue, Autumn responded with sarcasm and continued to have a nasty attitude. I even asked her for her name, and she refused to give it to me—I had to ask a manager just to find out who she was. She told me to pull up to speak with a manager, but instead of handling the situation professionally, she tried to manage it herself and acted like remaking the full order correctly was a problem. Her demeanor made the situation worse and completely turned me off from wanting the food remade at all—I just wanted a refund. Customer service like this is unacceptable. Autumn does not represent the company well at all, and her attitude alone is enough to make me never return to this location. I strongly recommend management addresses this issue. For anyone considering this location, I suggest going to the McDonald's off Custer and Virginia in McKinney instead—they got my order right the first time and provided a much better experience.

  The snow cone lady calls the cops on you, specially on CJ and LaShawn. This is very unacceptable with the Jack Malone and Brennan Street is very creepy and you get banned from the store for about like three weeks by the elephant

  Honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. The staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like taking an order was a personal burden. No greeting, no courtesy, just attitude. The whole place felt disorganized and unprofessional. If this is the level of customer service they’re comfortable with, management seriously needs to step in. I won’t be coming back.
