  Absolute worst Jamba I have ever been to and I say this as someone trying to give it another chance after a poor experience months ago. As I type this, I have been sitting in their drive thru trying to pick up a mobile order for 20 minutes due to the incompetence of the staff.

  I order 2 medium aloha pineapple drinks The first drinks the employee take it from a refrigerator already made No problem but it taste funny so I tell her it taste weird she said NO I tell her yes and I want a fresh one made The guy working in there made the other one and push with he's hands without gloves my smoothi inside the cup My husband and I where watching so in that moment we ask for a refund She said no she can't give me a refund even when we explain what we saw She tell me I need to send a email to the manager since she can't give refunds And wait to see if they will give a refund keep on mind we are not accepting the second smoothie and the first one taste weird so I will pay for one So services is really bad I wish I can give zero stars

  They won’t even fix your order when a mistake is made. Only foreigners work here so they can hardly understand you. I order here multiple times daily, definitely switching back to smoothie king.

  With the new management the drinks are correctly made now and everything’s been good except for their hours. I brought it up with the owner/manager and she said that because she drops her kid off at school, she opens late but her worker on Thursday-Sunday is always there on time. They need to change their hours for Mon-Wed because I’ve personally waited and have seen multiple people drive through and attempt to order without being able to.

  Peach berry blast was perfect the drive thru lady was nice and got my order out fast and efficient
