This is the best Gloria’s I have ever dined with. Our waiter Daniel was excellent. The food was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The manager Hilda is so polite and professional.Highly recommend.

My favorite restaurant has been ruined. A place we go to 1-2 times every week has made a catastrophic mistake. The best item on the menu is gone replaced with something awful. The chimichurri. The only reason this place is the best. The executive that made the decision to change it needs a new job, probably not in the food industry. The green chimichurri was something we would order regularly, in large tubs. Now reduced to some red chimichurri crap. Change it back. You’ve lost me until then

I enjoyed a great meal at this Gloria’s in McKinney. My server was Oscar- absolutely amazing, professional and built for the culinary world for great service. He recommended a tropical drink that I enjoyed with my pollo meal. Mucho gracias Oscar, the food was muy buena!

I feel the need to change my review on Gloria’s because they recently changed their menu and it disappoints me as a Cuban:(
They changed the normal chimichurri to a red chimichurri that’s inferior. They changed their beans, and their pollo asado combinado no longer comes with the green tomatillo sauce.
I’m especially disappointed because I chose to come here for my birthday dinner and now wish I would’ve chosen elsewhere.

Awesome! My first time at Gloria's and totally worth the trip! My friend and I started with their free chips and signature black bean dip, a spicy salsa, and a creamy green dip (that's the only way I can describe it, but it was yummy!). I had the Carne Asada: skirt steak, Spanish rice, pureed black beans, fried plantain, yuca, & chimichurri sauce. KISS TO THE CHEF!! My friend had Carne Flameada: skirt steak topped with sautéed mushrooms, onions, adobada sauce, & queso flameado, black beans, & Spanish rice. We shared the Cuatro Leches... sponge cake soaked in 4 types of milk, crushed nuts & an orange zest. Sooooooo Good!! If you have not been to Gloria's, you need to put it on your list. You won't be sorry!
