I've had multiple issues with wrong items for online orders at this location and it's been blamed on the delivery service (like how would it be the delivery service fault that the flavors are wrong but whatever) so this last order I had my husband pick up the order himself. I should note that the next closest locations are almost double the distance from my house which is why we keep giving this location another chance but not after tonight. I ordered online the 20 piece combo which comes with 10 boneless, 10 classic, and fries. I also added veggies and the side of the little corn pieces. You can get up to 2 flavors per 10 wings, so I ordered 10 hot boneless, 5 mild classic, and 5 flaming lime classic. You can see the order is correct on the bag label. I ordered only 5 of the flaming lime because we've not tried it before and we weren't sure we would like it....some lime flavors are just weird. My husband checked the label before he left the store and opened the bag to make sure nothing was missing. Everything appeared correct. Once my husband got home we started to plate our food and realized that what we actually got was 10 flaming lime boneless, 5 mild classic, and 5 flaming lime classic. We didn't get any of the hot boneless, and ended up with the majority of the wings (15) being a flavor we never had before and had only intended to try with 5 wings. Turns out, we didn't like the flaming lime flavor so we ended up with only 5 wings that we actually liked. This has become the norm for this location to get things significantly wrong so we won't be returning.
