    Idk if they have changed vendors for their chicken, but the quality is garbage! Wing Stop used to be a great place to get wings! It seems they care more about profits than quality! Night and day difference in the quality!!!! I will NEVER order Wing Stop again! It was literally that bad!

    I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I received tonight. The young woman taking my carryout order was shockingly disrespectful, openly rude, and completely unprofessional in front of her manager and multiple other patrons. Her behavior was so unacceptable and demeaning that even her manager stated she would be speaking with her about it. I have never experienced this level of blatant disrespect in any establishment in my life and will be escalating this matter to the corporate level tomorrow morning. Here are the facts: She informed me that I had two free sauce options with the 70-cent boneless deal. I asked for Cajun and Hot — the exact same order I have placed every time I’ve visited this location. She told me I could not mix the two. I then asked if I could simply get the dry rub on the side instead, and she agreed. When she rang up my order, she charged me for one of the sauces she had already stated was free. I politely asked why I was being charged extra. She said “I’m sorry” and called the manager to fix it. While doing so, she made a rude remark under her breath to the manager in front of me. I chose not to respond at that moment. The manager was professional and assured me the order would be handled. After receiving my order, I went to my car and checked the bag, only to find the dry rub I requested on the side was missing. When I went back inside, the employee said to her manager — directly in front of me — “Just get him the damn sauce” and walks over to grabbed it herself. That comment was completely unacceptable. At that point, I asked her why she was being so blatantly rude. The situation had escalated to the point that the manager could do nothing but apologize on her behalf. I am beyond disappointed. As a regular customer, I have never felt so disrespected. This was not a misunderstanding — it was repeated, intentional hostility. Because of this experience, I will not be returning, and I will absolutely be escalating this matter to corporate. I will also be sharing this experience with my sales team, who frequently visits this location. This level of behavior should not be tolerated in any professional environment.
