  I don’t think any location in this city cares about the quality of their service and more importantly the quality of their food! All the sudden the food taste is wayyy off! Change of vendors trying to save a buck! Why is it only the locations in this area. Had Wing Stop in Tarrant County and it was the same chicken I’m used to. A lot of bad recent reviews!!! Seems like the owner has lost control and gotten greedy!

  This review is not about the food, which we have never been disappointed with and is why we continue to give this location a chance. This review is about the customer service. Apparently ordering and paying in advance does not ensure that you will receive your order on time (last year over an hour and a half past expected time and this time almost an hour). This alone is not something I would consider a review for if the service was anything more than disappointing. Challenging a customer and not delivering what we paid for (and is clearly listed on our receipt) is something I have never encountered before - especially after patiently waiting for our order that was close to an hour late. ForgettIng something on someone’s order is not an issue; refusing to make it right is. It’s unfortunate that the service here is so disappointing and certainly does not match the quality of the food. So much so, we will choose another location going forward.

  Ordered wings 3 days in advance and when showed up to pick them up, I was told they weren’t ready and they were able to fulfill the order for another hour due to other orders. I was told they can handle 400 wings per hour but they aren’t able to match orders to this quantity and orders aren’t prioritized at time of ordering. No offering of a discount or a future coupon, just told they struggled to and were only paid hourly. I’d imagine a place specialized in wings would know their capacity and tailor and prioritize orders accordingly, but I guess their operational planning skills are inversely proportional to their food skills.

  The young basically bald girl is extremely rude. Apparently if you order ranch and show the receipt says ranch, she states the internet is wrong and wings do not come with ranch and tried refusing to give me the 4 ranches on the receipt. Customer service goes a long way and hopefully she learns this lesson later in life.

  I ordered wings almost every two weeks and every time we asked them to do them extra Krispy extra with. It’s never right. I mean never. Then we have to wait there a long time for them to fix the order and when they take your order, they don’t know the prices or the specials.
