    Overall, the experience was good. However, I had to wait too long to be assisted. There was no one at the counter and the store seemed empty, even though I could hear the staff working in the back. I believe the experience would have been different if at least someone had come out to greet me and let me know that I needed to wait for a moment. The store was clean and the food looked fresh.

    I hadn't really decided what I was going to eat, but I saw this Wendy's here in McKinney and thought, well, I'll go in here. Karen served me so kindly. Her warm smile made me feel right at home. I'll definitely be back. Thank you, Karen. Sending you a hug. Never change.

    Went through the drive thru and got the Cobb Salad which was really good. It had all fresh ingredients and plenty of chicken But just not sure it was worth $10 .. maybe $8.00. I will still order it in the future, but will not pay over $10 if price ever increases.

    Junior bacon cheeseburgers and chicken blts are the go to. The biggie bag deal is nice. First meal I ate at my mom's when she got her house 14 years ago was from here. We didn't have furniture and ate wendys on the floor watching tangled. Memories.
