- DDdavidFeb 2, 20261.0has genuinely been the worst fast food experience I get in the drive thru as the only person there and get ready to take my order as I'm ordering i just keep hearing sighs coming from the order taker as I ask what comes on the burger her response was "the veggies and the sauces" and I had to keep pushing to know what came on it after that she had me repeat my order and then told me they'd have my total at the window I was greeting by a man who took my card gave me the drinks and pulled me up to the red line I understand that you guys need the hme timers to go down but you should be pulling people up if there's no cars behind it afterwards anyways I got the food and realized that the fries were large and I didn't ask for a large. I WAS HELLA OVERCHARGED!!! they charged me for large meals without me asking and just straight up scam (Not cool) then I ate the super dry burger and unsalted fries and went on with my day. The moral of the story is was charged 40 dollars for what should have been a 29 dollar meal (i put it into the app to figure out the prices) im just really frustrated and something should change please gang 🙏🙏

I also got a kids meal for my daughter. It was equally as bad. I don’t like leaving reviews like this , but if I could give this meal a half a star, I would. Very disappointed.

They had us wait 8 minutes for fries cause they ran out and then they give only 1 out of 3 fries as the fresh hot fries and the rest were cold from waiting. The food was cold too because we waited so long. The chicken bacon ranch sandwich had such a tiny piece of chicken that it barely noticeable and the lettuce amount they gave was super tiny too. The food quality has gone down and service is terrible.
