The food was cold too because we waited so long. The chicken bacon ranch sandwich had such a tiny piece of chicken that it barely noticeable and the lettuce amount they gave was super tiny too. The food quality has gone down and service is terrible.

He was rude to customers, and when my food came out cold, he acted irritated when I asked for it to be remade. He even slammed the drive-thru window in my face. The vegetables on my sandwich were warm, they were out of most of their drink options, and I was charged for sauces—even though I never received the free one that normally comes with the meal. To make things worse, the bathrooms didn’t have any tissue. This location needs serious improvement in both customer service and cleanliness.
