  Ordered food an hour early for delivery. Multiple delivery drivers tried to pick it up but it was never ready, so had to go pick it up it up ourselves. Still wasn’t ready, then when we got it, the gluten free pizza crust was so hard like it was made hours earlier, and the margarita pizza didn’t have basil. It’s hard to find decent gluten free pizza options and you guys were recommended but the night I ordered was horrible experience, horrible expensive food.

  I was charged $8.19 for tip. I wasn’t asked if I wanted to tip or how much it was just added to my order. It was a call in order for pick up….. maybe $4 but honestly I don’t think I need to tip on a pick up. Margin should be factored in the food and going off your prices, I’m sure there’s plenty of margin in there. I know everything has gotten expensive but Tutto has gotten so expensive we maybe get it once every 3 months. We used to get it 2-3 times a month.

  Finally got to try this food and wow! It was just as good as we had imagined. There are no pics because we absolutely devoured it. I’ve been to Italy many times, and this food is as close as it gets to the real thing. Everything we tried, from the pizza to the lasagna to the sandwiches were incredible. This is hands down the best Italian food I’ve ever had in Dallas. The service was amazing as well! The owner even came out to talk to us while we waited for our food which we found to be an extremely high and unusual level of service. I can’t recommend this place enough.

  I really hate to give this place one star because their gluten free pizza is actually some of the best in the area. With that said, the last 3 times we’ve ordered from here have been a complete disaster. Once, our order took over an hour to be prepared (2 pizzas) with the only explanation being “gluten free takes longer”. The next time, at pickup they informed us that one of the three pizzas we ordered was burned while baking it so they had to remake it, which left the other 2 pizzas cold by the time it was ready. As an apology, they offered a free pizza for our next visit. When we went to redeem that, they came out to tell us they dropped it on the floor so we’d have to wait while they remake it. As is often the case, we order pizza because it’s a quick and easy dinner at times. There is nothing quick or easy about getting pizza from here because it’s just a comedy of errors at every turn.

  the best halal Italian around! they truly make everything so fresh and it tastes straight from Italy (we’ve been and can confirm - even better considering we can have the chicken!). we went again this past week, and were so enamored by the food that we were unable to take pictures so if that’s not indicative of how good it was I don’t know what is! We love their chicken parm sandwiches and the one with turkey ham with mustard is divine. The owners gave us pizza on the house - it was the perfect Roman pizza! So fresh and filling, but perfectly charred. Must get their focaccia bread. the owners are insanely sweet and so passionate. I just wish they had seating - but hopefully one day they will be able to expand! Our family loves Tutto
