I had an issue with my delivery order where the driver didn’t deliver my items and marked it as a failed delivery. She texted my phone saying she was here and would not come up to my door and left. So I tried doing it through the app to reschedule but it wouldn’t let me for some reason. So I ended up calling the store and right away Emily was so friendly, sympathetic and helpful! She offered different solutions and even called me back with an update on my order! I know working with 3rd party delivery companies can be so frustrating so when she kept apologizing for something that was not her fault but found a solution was absolutely astounding! Shout out to her! Thank you Emily!
