  The restaurant smelled so bad! The girl who took my order she was fine But it took so long to make my food. How long does it take to make three tacos and a cheese quesadilla. Apparently, more than five minutes. And for my cheese quesadilla apparently it’s more jalapeño sauce than cheese. My recommendation is not going to a KFC/Taco Bell That is combined.

  The worst restaurant I’ve seen in quite sometime. Service was atrocious, food was mediocre, and restaurant was not cleaned, no lids for drinks, napkins dispenser not filled. Workers were using profanities and not friendly at all. Whoever manages this store needs to clean house!

  Worst service, I’ve been in line at the menu for 20 mins no one has said anything , The manager was staring at me when I came in To order due to no one responding on the drive thru , he left behind the counter to go out and smoke In his car And the other workers are just standing around inside don’t recommend

  How is this location still open? I recently went here on my 30 minute lunch and had the worst experience ever! I waited about 8 minutes for the person in front of me to order. When I get to the speaker, there was another 5 minute wait before anyone asked to take my order but I really wanted the black bean Chalupas. I ordered the cinnabon delights-they are all out. I was there right before 2 ($1 medium drink happy hour) and ordered 2 medium baja blasts- they are all out. I then order the midnight (?) version. I also ordered the black bean Chalupas and some quesadillas. At least another 10 minute wait for the person in front of me to get their food. Once I pull up, they eventually take my payment. I noticed they only charged me for 1 drink and by this time, it is well past 2 and there was no adjustment to get the $1 medium drink. I'm just left to wait AGAIN. After a while, they come to the window to tell me that they don't have any black beans. I asked for a refund politely. The manager (?) came to the window and after a while opens it and says she is refunding my entire order. I told her I just wanted the refund for the Chalupas. She asked me if they offered to put the refried beans on them (they did not) but I declined. She had an attitude like I was taking the money out of her pocket. She processed the refund and they finally gave me my other part of the order. I ended up having to go to sonic (in and out in less than 5 minutes) and get lunch since I got NOTHING for myself. I was also late back to work because of their foolery. I tried to contact corporate but their mailbox is full and based on the amount of negative reviews, I am not surprised. Taco Bell should be ashamed that this is a representation of them. Do better all around.
