  When you place the order Taco Bell sends an incorrect timing in the order email (saying your order will be ready by that time) which is few minutes after your order. But the actual order would be ready much later. This is a deceptive practice. I have seen this many times when placing orders thru the mobile app at this location. Their service is slow even in off peak times. Staff seem disinterested.

  We tried to break a $100 bill which we’ve done before and I don’t know if it’s because these new age kids don’t know how to count cash or if they were just too lazy to count cash, but they told us the reason they couldn’t break the hundred dollar bill was because a manager was there…. Wouldn’t it make more sense to break the hundred dollar bill BECAUSE the manager was there? Please bffr. Food is mid there as well.

  This has got to be the worst location out of every taco bell in Texas. First off I stood in line for over 5 minutes with employees walking by and no one acknowledged me. Only when I turned around to see how many people where actually in the restaurant waiting for food is when I saw the kiosk. So fine, I went to order at the kiosk and took a seat to wait for my food. 25 mine later I finally get my bagged food that I ordered for dine in.. At this point I was already annoyed and decided I will just take it and eat in my car. Why did I get in the car and my fries where cold like they had been sitting out all day. My nachos that I PAID for extra meat, no beans came with extra beans and regular amount of meat. If I didn't have to go back to work I would have marched right back in there and asked for a full refund. This place is horrible.

  It has been about 40 mins and we still don’t have our order. This place is not even busy, just a handful of customers. The staff fails to communicate why it is taking them this long to get our food ready. When I asked about our order, the staff wouldn’t even respond. Please don’t go to this place.

  By far the worst experience ive ever had, food was bad, service was awful and staff was rude. The whole order was awful; my husband ordered 2 cheesey double beef burritos and was nothing but rice, no meat and very little cheese; mexican pizza looked good on top but was mostly beans and hardly any meat. The taco i ordered is almost 6$ the shell was broken had hardly anything inside. I went to speak to manager about it and instead of fixing the problem she tried to extort more money out of me to get the product I asked for. Even showed her and image of what its to look like. She proceeded to tell me come and look at how the process is done. This store needs a reset and new staff or they need to be trained properly 🤔.
